The participatory broadcaster gives everyone interested the opportunity to bring their topics and concerns to television on their own terms. Okto staff provide support with concept development and technical assistance. The necessary infrastructure (cameras, editing stations, TV studio) as well as program slots are provided free of charge to Okto producers.
