A Mountain -- A Goal! The Ski World Championships in Saalbach-Hinterglemm
Radiofabrik
Bartl Gensbichler, mastermind of the Ski World Championships Saalbach-Hinterglemm, and Fritz Unterganschnigg from the Zell am See Ski Club are this time guests on the sports podcast with Klaus Vorreiter.
That has never happened before: All events of an Alpine Ski World Championship, from the women's downhill
to the men's slalom, take place on a single mountain. Years of preparatory work were necessary at Zwölferkogel in Hinterglemm for this. It is becoming
increasingly difficult to find volunteer helpers in skiing.
In the sports podcast with Klaus Vorreiter as a guest are Bartl Gensbichler
(Organizer of the Ski World Championship and President of the Salzburg State Ski Association)
as well as Fritz Unterganschnigg from the Zell am See Ski Club. In Zell am See, there
is still an European Cup race in January.
This program was produced with the support of the federal government, the state of Salzburg, and the European Union.
