The poet Julia Stakhivska (UA) in conversation

The Ukrainian poet, children's book author, illustrator Julia Stakhivska is in Vienna in the summer of 2026 as a Writers-in-Exile Fellow, supported by the IG Autorinnen Autoren. In the literadio interview with Astrid Nischkauer, she talks about literary activities in Ukraine, such as the ongoing book fair Book Arsenal in Kyiv and the international poetry festival Meridian Czernowitz. And Julia Stakhivska shares her three previous fellowship stays in Austria in Krems, Graz, and Vienna and reads two poems she wrote in Austria.
