Heat gone – worries gone? A conversation with environmental economist Dr. Angela Köppl

Vienna has just experienced an extremely hot summer, but with the cool autumn weather, public attention is fading. It is important not to see summer as a one-time event, but to consider it in the context of climate change and to continuously develop action options to address the climate crisis. Environmental economist Dr. Angela Köppl discusses the economic consequences of the hot summer and what measures need to be taken regarding climate change.

The full interview can be listened to here. In summer, FROzine also reported on the press conference of the NGO Global2000.
